Harry Kane: England striker won’t take a corner again for country
The latest report suggests that Kane is ready to put pen-to-paper on a new deal that will see him earn over £100,000-per-week at White Hart Lane.

However, one thing Kane is not joking about is his lack of goals so far this season, meaning it is now nine games for club and country – stretching back to Euro 2016 – where he has failed to find the net.
Our beloved striker Harry Kane is starting the season a little slowly again this year. I am confident in my ability.
“People might talk now or if I don’t score in the next five or six games, it doesn’t bother me”.
The Tottenham striker shocked fans and pundits at Euro 2016 by taking corners in the opening group game against Russian Federation that ended in a 1-1 draw. The Reds were the first to score through James Milner’s penalty and Tottenham could salvage a point due to a second-half strike from full-back Danny Rose.
Roy Hodgson’s decision to hand Kane corner responsibilities perplexed fans, pundits and team-mates alike this summer, with Three Lions captain Wayne Rooney saying last month that he took the decision to relieve the Spurs striker of Hodgson’s orders.
Harry Kane has admitted that England’s failure at the European Championships might still be affecting the players’ confidence.
Tottenham are now preparing for their Premier League trip to Stoke City on Saturday afternoon as Mauricio Pochettino’s men look to build on their 1-1 draw with Liverpool before the global break. It is all about that final pass, putting a bit more care into it, but like I said we played well and could have won two or three-nil. “Hopefully I can score at the weekend, but if not we will see what happens”. It has become a bit of a thing now on social media.
“Of course it was a disappointing moment in the summer but it’s football, it’s what makes and breaks you as a player”.
“With a new manager coming in you want to get him a good victory to start off with, he has been great all week”.

I was getting fitter and fitter as the games went on and that is how I am feeling now. It’s what grows you up as a player and that is what I have got to use to help me’.
