Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has doused concerns over goal-shy striker Harry Kane and backed the England forward to rejoin the goalscoring trail when his side travel to Stoke on Saturday.

Pochettino thinks the performance will be crucial in embedding confidence ahead of a busy period, starting with Wednesday’s Champions League clash with Monaco at Wembley.
Two goals apiece from Harry Kane and Dele Alli saw Spurs win 4-0 at Stoke on April 18 as they kept their championship ambitions alive in emphatic style.
Spurs are evidently keen on rewarding his form and progress, and Pochettino will likely be delighted to continue to secure the futures of key individuals in his squad after having focused on the transfer market up until the end of last month.
