They were spotted at dinner together at Ysabel in L.A. on Thursday, and an onlooker said Kendall was “beaming” all night. Apparently the supposed couple couldn’t have appeared more happy!
“She’s always cared about Harry”.

Harry and Kendall were first linked in 2013 and enjoyed a Caribbean getaway together earlier this year. “They’re trying to spend time together again”, a source said.
