The two were able to spend half a day together exchanging stories and dance moves which led them to becoming the best of friends. We never really lost touch after that and now she’s one of my best friends’.

Speaking to Nick Grimshaw on BBC Radio 1, she said: “I’m a massive yoga fan and I’ve been trying, for a couple of years now, to finish my yoga certification so that I can teach, which is very exciting”.
