Has Jose Mourinho Finally Sealed Paul Pogba Deal?

Manchester United and Juventus have finally agreed all of the details on Paul Pogba’s world-record transfer, sources have told ESPN FC, with the midfielder set to undergo a medical to complete the move to Old Trafford.

Manchester United’s main sponsors Chevrolet may have dropped a huge hint over the club’s move for Paul Pogba.

However, it’s now been suggested that Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola has agreed to take a cut of his earnings from the transfer, with his alleged initial proposal of £20 million being downgraded to £10 million.

Assuming that Pogba passes his medical, the deal will eclipse Gareth Bale’s record $113 million transfer to Real Madrid in 2013. Pogba will sign a five-year deal at United worth €13 million net per season plus a series of performance related bonuses.

Real head coach Zinedine Zidane is allegedly ready to give a raised bid for Pogba as Los Blancos wants to launch a late proposal to rival United for the services of the 23-year-old Frenchman, the Daily Express reported.

The France star was spotted out and about in Beverly HIlls on Thursday visiting Mr Chow – a high-end Chinese cuisine restaurant – and shopping for a new pair of shoes.

The French midfielder left Old Trafford on a free transfer in 2012 after rejecting a new deal and has established himself as one of the best midfielders in the world in the last four years with the Serie A champions.

All three clubs are still expected to be busy between now and the end of the summer after winning just one trophy between them last season.
