Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa superdelegates support Clinton
His ads have made no direct mention of Ms. Clinton and the veteran pol has repeatedly promised not to run a negative campaign, though his criticism of the former secretary of state has intensified since last month, when Ms. Clinton performed well in the first televised debate of the Democratic primary. Just one is supporting Bernie Sanders, while the rest are uncommitted.

An Associated Press survey shows Clinton has the support of half of the superdelegates to next year’s Democratic National Convention from Hawaii, Guam and American Samoa. They make up about 30 percent of the delegates needed to clinch the nomination. They were asked which candidate they plan to support at the convention next summer.
Three, however, say they’ll support Hillary Rodham Clinton. They are members of Congress and other elected officials, party leaders and members of the Democratic National Committee.
Clinton got endorsements from 359, while Sanders was endorsed by eight.
“She’s experienced. She’s served the American people in many capacities”. Bernie Sanders wants to make it clear that he and Democratic presidential campaign rival Hillary Clinton are very different candidates.
The Associated Press contacted all 712 superdelegates in the past two weeks, and heard back from more than 80 percent. On the day Clinton announced her campaign for the presidency in April, Sen. Clinton is a former USA senator from NY.
All Washington state members of the Democratic National Committee reached by the AP said that they feel it’s their duty to remain unpledged until, at the earliest, after the state’s Democratic precinct caucuses on March 26. Lewis said she saw firsthand O’Malley’s energy and courage during his two terms as governor.
“I admire him for his courage in the things he was willing to undertake”, Lewis said.
“He’s proven”, Brown said.
Maryland superdelegates backing Clinton still express admiration for O’Malley.
“I think she has the temperament, experience… and overall, she aligns with my beliefs”, U.S. Rep. Brenda Lawrence said of Clinton.

“He’s not necessarily looking for a fight, but he does have a few differences with her on issues and he intends to talk about those”, said Tad Devine, a senior adviser to Sanders.
