HBO Confirms Game of Thrones Will End With Season 8

“The exact number for the seventh season is locked at seven [episodes, ] but the eight season, I’m not sure yet”, Bloys shared. See the fan reaction to the heartbreaking news below. Season 8 is rumored to consider of 6 episodes. The executive producers of Game of Thrones are David Benioff, D.B. Weiss, Carolyn Strauss, Frank Doelger and Bernadette Caulfield; co-executive producers are Guymon Casady, Vince Gerardis, George R.R. Martin and Bryan Cogman; and producers are Chris Newman, Greg Spence and Lisa McAtackney.
Bloys confirmed that the eighth season will be the final one for “Thrones”, but doesn’t know how many episodes the season will contain.
Four questions took on the question of sexualized violence and rape in the plots of shows like Game of Thrones and Westworld, which premieres in October. The creators revealed that since the show is now in the middle of winter, it wouldn’t make sense to film the show during the warmer months.

There was also talk of a possible spinoff, with BLoys adding: “We’ve talked about it. We’re open to it; the guys aren’t opposed to it but there’s no concrete plans right now”.
