Health ministry: Palestinian, 16, dies in West Bank clashes

Other Palestinians have been killed in battles with Israeli troops.

The International Monetary Fund said Thursday that economic growth in the Israeli-occupied West Bank slowed to an estimated 2.8 percent in 2015 and was likely to remain below 3.0 percent this year.

Al-Arrub refugee camp lies along Route 60, a major West Bank road that Israeli settlers regularly use to reach a cluster of illegal Israeli settlements in Hebron, and the camp has been site to frequent clashes with Israeli military over the past several months.

Twentynine Israelis are killed in shooting stabbing or auto -ramming attacks by Palestinians or Israeli Arabs since October.

His attorneys say he has lost most of his sight and hearing abilities and can barely speak, and he could suffer a heart attack or organ system failure at any time.

Israel blames incitement by Palestinian leaders and social media.

Israel has also faced questions over whether it has used excessive forces in some cases, which it firmly rejects.

Some 190 deaths have been led to by a current wave of violence between Israelis and Palestinians. An Israeli army spokesperson noted that soldiers spotted a number of boys throwing stones at Israeli vehicles in the area, to which they allegedly responded with “riot dispersal means”.
