Women have a right to enjoy a healthy, safe sex life, and healthy pregnancies, no matter their age or income.
In 2015 the House has already passed an unconstitutional 20-week abortion ban, measures to defund Planned Parenthood and criminalize abortion providers, and a proposal to severely restrict insurance coverage of abortion, along with several other bills that had anti-choice language slipped into them. I have a mammogram every year. Referrals are less commonly made for women under 40. And 40 percent of those women don’t go anywhere else for healthcare. This figure has remained steady over the past few years, according to the organization.
Only a year after the Supreme Court struck down Massachusetts’ prohibition of birth control for unmarried women through Eisenstadt v. Baird. Rather, the situation is similar to other clinics where patients are referred to a licensed facility that can provide biopsies, X-rays or other specialized services.
