Heat warning: Hot and humid temperatures to arrive Thursday
Environment Canada is out with a warning for the heat for the city of Winnipeg and all of southern Manitoba.

Daytime highs will be around 32 with humidex values at or topping 40 degrees.
Enjoy today because another stretch of hot and humid weather is headed for southwestern Ontario.
The hot air could produce thunderstorms in the afternoon and into the evening.
Temperatures will remain above seasonable tonight and only fall to about twenty Celsius by Thursday morning.
The forecast is calling for 4 straight days of temperatures into the 30’s.

Environment Canada advises people to drink plenty of liquid, and not to wait until you already feel thirsty before drinking. Thirst is not a good indicator of dehydration.
