Hello Monsters, Goodbye Privacy! Google Maps Timeline and Pokemon Go Pally Up
After Niantic had leaked the addition of Buddy Pokemon feature in the next update, rumors has been circulating that another new feature might also arrive. They’re exactly what they are named: they will be walking alongside your Trainer avatar as you roam around for Pokemon.

Now you tell us; do you think “Pokemon Go” is still popular?
The Pokemon Go Plus accessory will now launch on September 16, Nintendo has confirmed on Twitter. It has been pointed out by some users in the past that Pokemon GO’s Global Positioning System tracking can be spotty, and may even credit players with far less travel than they actually partook in, on some occasions. The remaining 149 Pokemon are all available for players to find and catch.
Pokemon GO involves quite a bit of movement and travel.
It is not suggested to use this Timeline feature often because Google Maps made sure that the feature stays hidden.
Scarlett Winters, a 21-year-old senior, likes the nostalgic aspect of Pokemon Go. Users would also need to have Pokemon GO installed on their smartphones for this option to work. Whether this will convince some of the players to come back to the game is a whole other issue.
Hirai weighed in on Pokemon GO, specifically how it brought change to mobile usage.
He added the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) is in touch with representatives of Pokemon Go developer Niantic about features of the game and how it advises customers in the United Kingdom after warnings were added to the U.S. version. It’s called the Buddy System, and will supposedly make it easier for players to level up too.

This doesn’t sound that exceptional and fun, but we’re curious to know what experiences will Niantic open up with this friendship feature.
