It is sad to see an actress of Hema’s starture not being able to fulfil her political commitments.
A violent confrontation between the police and encroachers caused disruption in Mathura after 24 persons, including two senior police officers, were killed in firing by encroachers.
In light of all the flak she got, the actor deleted her tweets and shared her views about the ongoings in Mathura, but the damage was already done.
The MP also hoped for an early release of the film on Scindia, a prominent Jana Sangh leader and founding member of the BJP.

Hemal Malini posted a couple of new tweets saying she was back from her violence-hit constituency and condoled the deaths.
However, after facing a backlash, the actor-MP deleted the tweets and said she was upset by the news from Mathura. “My heart goes out to the bereaved”, she tweeted. “I fervently appeal to the people of Mathura to remain calm & not get misguided by violent elements”, she further wrote.
Hema was quoted telling reporters in Delhi that it was the Akhilesh Yadav government’s job to handle the situation in Mathura.
Violence ensued in Mathura late Thursday evening due to a clash between the police and encroachers allegedly belonging to an outfit called Azad Bharat Vidhik Vaicharik Kranti Satyagrahi. I know you have a right to ask questions and I will reply in the best way I can.
Hema also sent out her “heartfelt condolences” to families, “who laid down their lives in the line of duty”. The major issue is law and order is a state subject.

Also in the past, there were huge outrage on Hema Malini’s attitude when she met with an accident of her speeding Mercedes Benz auto collided with another vehicle in which a four year-old child was killed and another child who were traveling with their parents and four relatives, was injured.
