Henry Cavill Has Hope for Solo Superman Movies in the Future
With San Diego Comic Con looming ahead of us next week, the expectation is that we will get to see new footage of the upcoming Batman V. Superman movie, with the additional hopes of finally seeing the Justice League Trinity together on screen for the first time.

Now, on the eve of this year’s event, Warner Bros has pulled the curtain back still further on what’s effectively the curtain raiser for the DC movie universe.
“My first reaction was, ‘Are you sure?’?”
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has a United States release date of March 25, 2016. Lex Luthor has been confirmed to make an appearance in the movie and Screenrant reports that supervillain Victor Zsasz, Superman’s enemy Morgan Edge and assassin David Cain will also appear in the film. Still, Snyder insists he has those issues on his mind more than most other comic book films do. The thick armor plating looks like it might withstand more than a few punches from the Man of Steel, though we can only assume Bruce has some kryptonite stashed away somewhere. As such, the pre-media blitz to hype up excited fans has already begun with a small peek in Entertainment Weekly, and Snyder doesn’t mince words about how his new baby stacks up against Marvel.
He said that there has always been accountability for superheroes in his films, and this is exactly what “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” aims to do. “In a lot of ways, she’s the gateway drug to the rest of the Justice League“, he was quoted as saying by ComingSoon.net. “There are so many expectations for this character, it’s impossible not to be a little nervous about it”. The actress added that she loves “doing the swordplay stuff”. She’s still working on her lasso skill though.
There will also be the Henry Cavill Superman suit as well as the Gal Gadot Wonder Woman outfit too.
[Spoilers follow, for the three of you that haven’t seen Man Of Steel] There were, we’d argue, two controversies at the end of Man Of Steel: the snapping of Zod’s neck, and the 9/11 levels of destruction that Zod and Superman wreaked around Metropolis.
Other members of the cast with unconfirmed roles in the film include Holly Hunter from “The Piano”, Jena Malone of “Sucker Punch”, Tao Okamoto from “The Wolverine” Callan Mulvey of “300: Rise of an Empire“, and Scoot McNairy of “Argo“.
