The ISIS-linked Al Hayat Media Center released a propaganda documentary under the banner “Kill Them Wherever You Find Them”, showing the perpetrators of Paris terror attacks and their messages that have been recorded before they carry out the operation. A group monitoring jihadist activity reports that stills of the video show nine men resembling the suspects in the Paris attacks, according to Reuters.

The video features numerous graphic beheadings as well as lengthy speeches from each of the fighters.

The footage is said to end with the message “whoever stands in the ranks of Kufr will be a target for our swords and will fall in humiliation” superimposed over an image of Prime Minister David Cameron. The video is believed to have been filmed in Raqqa, the de facto capital of Isis, before the Paris attacks.

Islamic State, also known as Isis or Isil, began teasing the release last week in the latest issue of Dabiq, its monthly magazine, where a still image appeared.

The video seemingly aims to show that the attackers, some of whom had French and Belgian passports, had committed atrocities and trained in Isis-held territory.

A few days after the attack, terror mastermind Abdelhamid Abaaoud was among a group of terrorists brought to bloody justice by the crack team of heavily-armed French police officers. It addresses the coalition forces carrying out air strikes in Iraq and Syria , and threatens further attacks in retaliation.

Instead, it was assembled from material shot before the men left for Paris, news video and amateur video. The video was provided online by the SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors jihadi websites.
