Here is Ivanka Trump’s Speech at the Republican National Convention

The newly crowned Republican nominee had hoped for a triumphant turn at the podium, but he has instead been plagued by fresh political and policy headaches: His most tenacious primary rival, Ted Cruz, still refused to endorse him – and happily took the convention stage anyway.

Donald Trump officially accepted the GOP nomination as an estimated 125,000 balloons and confetti fell onto delegates at the Quicken Loans Arena, with “All Right Now” by the band Free blasting.

But Schuh, an at-large GOP delegate who was sitting on the convention floor during Cruz’s speech Wednesday night, said he didn’t think the clash between the two men would have much of an impact on Trump’s chances of winning in November.

For America to be safe, Trump said the us must work with its allies “who share the goal of destroying ISIS and stamping out Islamic terror”. That’s a far cry from the promise of President Obama-who, like the succession of presidents before him, has sworn to stand at Europe’s side “in good times and in bad”.

Trump will accuse the former secretary of state as being a political insider with “bad instincts” and “bad judgment”. The Republican nominee pledged that “safety will be restored” on January 20, 2017 – the day the next president is inaugurated. “And we will lead our country back to safety, prosperity and peace”. “We will be a country of generosity and warmth”, he said.

He said the Obama White House was responsible for a “rollback of criminal enforcement” that brought down “decades of progress in bringing down crime”. “And more than 3,600 have been killed in the Chicago area since he took office”. It followed the Monday night speeches of family members of those killed by illegal immigrants.

As he moves into the general election campaign, he is sticking to his most controversial proposals, including building a wall along the entire US-Mexico border and suspending immigration from nations “compromised by terrorism”.

He vowed to build a “great border wall”.

She more than compensated on Thursday night, some convention delegates said. It came after venture capitalist Peter Thiel earlier received applause when he said he was proud to be gay.

“I am your voice”, Trump said, embracing his often inflammatory, no-holds-barred populist style.

“I’m with you, I will fight for you, and I will win for you”.

China has always been a favorite target for Trump, he has blamed Beijing repeatedly for America’s woes. “Which is why I alone can fix it”.

But like so many other impediments he’s encountered this campaign, Trump brushed it off. While the UK’s Daily Telegraph described the speech as “deeply pessimistic” and said fact-checkers were “highly critical”, it highlighted a CNN instant poll that found that 56% of Americans who watched the speech responded positively. “We’re going to see the beginning of a dynasty here”.

Donald Trump’s oldest daughter also told the RNC that her father is a fighter. She serves executive vice president of Development & Acquisitions at The Trump Organization and is considered to be an extremely close confidante of her father.

She said motherhood is creating a pay discrepancy for women, but said her father “will fight for equal pay for equal work”.

“As president, my father will change the labor laws that were put in place at a time when women weren’t a significant portion of the workplace, and he will focus on making quality childcare affordable and accessible for all”, Ivanka Trump said.

Ivanka Trump, daughter of Republican Presidential Nominee Donald J. Trump, speaks during the final day of the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Thursday, July 21, 2016. Trump, billing himself as the “law-and-order” candidate, says he will save it.

Reince Priebus, the Republican National Committee Chairman, also lit into Clinton, saying it was “on her watch ISIS began to spread its wings of evil over the Middle East”.

Other than a small group of people who have suffered massive and embarrassing losses, the party is VERY united.

“That is why Hillary Clinton’s message is that things will never change”. Well, I have one word for all this hypocrisy and corruption.
