Come this November, Sony will have the first 4K gaming console on the market, the $399 PS4 Pro. The biggest buzz has been mostly circulated around the PS4 Pro, which will be equipped with more high-fidelity options (4K looks glorious), greater storage capacity, and more graphic muscle under the hood. According to Game Informer, Naughty Dog lead programmer Christian Gyrling said that they didn’t want to offer a “huge advantage” to PS4 Pro owners, saying: “The main thing that we’re making sure of is that the frame rates are the same; there’s definitely no frame rate advantage”. It is believed that the release of this model is not in line with the upgrade cycle of the console industry which can hold users for getting the new device. Meanwhile, PlayStation 4 Pro is being positioned as the higher-end unit for the power gamer, starting at $399.

Meanwhile, Sony also announced the new PS 4 Pro will be compliant with all games now existing or those coming in the future.
