Where did these Democrats actually vote?

But the votes are already in for another overlooked primary – Democrats Abroad. There’s been a report that you might go to the convention and if you’re behind in delegates try to flip those superdelegates to win through using the superdelegates.

In a candid campaign trail admission Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders on Sunday said that he is “not doing well with older people”. Sanders pointed to the fact that his campaign gained considerable delegates in each state that voted last week as evidence that his campaign was still going strong.

More than 34,000 people voted in the primary worldwide, exceeding 2008’s battle between Clinton and Barack Obama by 50 percent, according to Democrats Abroad. He describes himself as a democratic socialist and, like Donald Trump in the Republican campaign, has demonstrated unconventional campaigns can thrive amid the current political upheaval.

“This political revolution that is gaining momentum across America is now resonating all over the world”, the Sanders campaign said in a statement.

Halfway into the primary season, the Democratic race now moves to Western states this week that Sanders is counting on winning to cut into Clinton’s lead.

“We don’t have a plan at the moment to be calling all the Clinton delegates, you know, once they get selected and try to persuade them individually to be for Bernie Sanders”, Devine said when pressed by a reporter.

Meanwhile, the state Republican Party has opted to rely on a May 24 presidential primary for apportioning delegates in support of the party’s remaining candidates at the national convention in Cleveland.

Sanders, who is Jewish, says he’s probably the only candidate with personal ties to Israel.

Bernie Sanders is proving a hit with American students overseas.

Mr Sanders suffered five defeats in the five Demoratic primaries help last week – Ohio, Florida, Missouri, Illinois and North Carolina. On Tuesday, Democrats vote in Arizona, Idaho and Utah, with 131 delegates up for grabs; on Saturday, Alaska, Hawaii and Washington hold caucuses with 142 delegates at stake.

The group was officially created during the 1964 presidential election by Americans living in London and Paris.
