Here’s How Tonight’s Presidential Forum Between Trump And Clinton Will Work
Hillary Clinton on Monday expressed “a very serious” concern about Russia’s apparent tampering with the USA election, implying that Vladimir Putin and the “adversarial foreign power” he governs are actively trying to elect Donald Trump.

Trump had agreed it’s “a massive problem”, and something should be done.
“And the best thing we can do is set up a court system in the military”.
Mr Trump stood by a previous comment that appeared to blame military sexual assaults on men and women serving together, but added he would not seek to remove women from the military.
“For the past eight years, America’s armed forces have been subjected to a series of ill-considered and debilitating budget cuts, policy choices and combat operations that have left the superb men and women in uniform less capable of performing their vital missions in the future than we require them to be”. “This will require rethinking the failed policies”, he said. “No not to take them out, but something has to happen. Right now part of the problem is nobody gets prosecuted. you have the report of rape and nobody gets prosecuted”.
The former secretary of state had led Trump in Pennsylvania by as many as 11 points following the July political conventions, but that advantage has narrowed in recent weeks in several polls.
“I think under the leadership of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, the generals have been reduced to rubble”, Trump said. She called it “an embarrassing worldwide incident”, after the two could not agree on whether or not they had discussed Mexico paying for a border wall.
Clinton defended her support for US military intervention in Libya, despite the chaos that has consumed that country since then.
The George Washington University poll finds 42% of likely voters supporting Clinton and 40% backing Trump, within the survey’s margin of error.
“I have a plan”.
The Republican vice presidential nominee said Thursday that Trump, like Reagan before him, has the honesty and bluntness to confront the challenges facing the country. “If I win, I don’t want to broadcast to the enemy exactly what my plan is”.
“I was just waiting for this moment”, Clinton joked as she walked to the back of the plane, positioning herself in the doorway separating the press from the Secret Service and the staff sections of the plane.
“And we’ve got to do it with air power”. But she defended her support for USA military intervention to help oust a dictator in Libya, despite the chaotic aftermath.
“We did not lose a single American in that action”. They’ve gotta hold them.
“I would be a fool to give anyone my unqualified support”, Butler said.
After more than a month when she spent most of her time out of sight raising money from mega donors and celebrities in wealthy enclaves from Los Angeles to the Hamptons, Clinton’s aggressive stance toward Russian Federation was part of a roaring back to the campaign trail on Labor Day. She may have wanted to talk about why she is qualified to be United States commander in chief, but she spent almost a third of her time on the defensive about her emails.
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump speaks at the Union League of Philadelphia in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S. September 7, 2016. “I am asking to be judged on the totality of my record”. “We’re to defeat ISIS without committing American ground troops”. “They view him as a danger and a risk”.
Mr Trump even cribbed one the former president’s favourite phrases, “peace through strength”, when explaining why he was in favour of across-the-board increases in USA military spending.
“I think that when you serve in the armed forces, that’s a very special situation”, Trump said.
“I always said ‘take the oil, ‘ one of the benefits we would have had if we took the oil [from Iraq] is ISIS would not have been able to take oil and use that oil to fuel themselves”, Trump told Lauer. “We’re going to speed up the process, we’re going to create a great mental health division”.

What Mrs Clinton didn’t do was try to convince the military personnel in the audience that while she regrets the decision to send them into harm’s way, she appreciates their sacrifice. “Not only drugs but also alcohol”, Clinton said.
