For instance the newly launched Apple-designed AirPods will be priced at Rs. 15,400 in India which is roughly the same price you can buy a OnePlus One phone that has been extremely popular in India and has sold millions already.

The third big highlight of the September 7 event are the AirPods. The company then deleted the messages. However, now that iPhone sales have been on the decline for two consecutive quarters, perhaps Apple is really concerned about dwindling sales.

The iPhone 7 will be available on Friday, Sept. 16, with preorders on apple.com beginning this Friday.
The world’s best-known technology company said the iPhone 7 would have one, zooming 12-megapixel camera. The larger iPhone 7 Plus edition will retail for US$769 – US$20 more than the iPhone 6s Plus – and will feature two cameras, including a telephoto lens.
Instead of a headphone slot, it will now come with earphones that fit into the phone’s lighting port, currently used for charging and data transfer. Apple includes the adapter.
While Apple will allow consumers to use plug-in headsets through its proprietary “lightning” connector, it made a further push for wireless with new “AirPods,” which have an integrated infrared sensor that enables them to only play music when worn, and upgraded Beats headphones. Or you could opt not to get those AirPods and/or the Watch, but don’t expect Apple to stop suggesting you really need them. The company described that move as an act of “courage,” but that’s a phrase usually reserved for more meaningful and serious events.
Frankly, it was little surprise to me when Apple revealed, for example, that it had eliminated the headphone jack with the iPhone 7. Thanks to a software upgrade later this year, iPhone 7 Plus owners will be able to enhance their pictures by using depth-of-field effects to blur the background but keep foreground subjects in focus. All he had to say in a television interview was that this was the most secure iPhone yet.

“Most of the current Apple Watch owners are early adopters and the next wave could be 10 times the size of that market”, he added. By introducing the iPhone 7, the Apple Watch Series 2, and the wireless AirPods, Apple is attempting to create a complete mobile experience for everyone.
