Samsung is said to be working on smartphones and tablets with flexible displays that let you do things like fold the device in half.

McCarthy also pulled a tablet, which appeared to be around 9 or 10 inches, out of her pocket and folded it in half so that it was about the size of a large phone.
The company didn’t provided many details about either product yet, and says neither is an actual product that will go on sale anytime soon.
At Thursday’s Lenovo’s Tech World conference, Meghan McCarthy gave people a teaser of what it will be like to bend and curl your device without it snapping in two. The company also showed off a bendable smartphone that bends around the wrist.
Lenovo also teased a tablet also with a foldable display. The phone is very much in keeping with all the other bendable “wrist phone” concepts we’ve seen, snapping around the wrist like a weirdly enormous and awkward bracelet. Immediately after, the YouTube personality took out and unfolded a tablet.

According to Dr. Peter Hortensius, creating a bendable device involves a lot more than simple bending the screen. The Verge reported that Lenovo had designed these components so that they remain compatible with the bendable phones and help them to work efficiently even after the so-called transformation.
