Here’s the Schedule for Tonight’s PBS/CNN Democratic Debate

After more than 30 hours of presidential primary debates, they might be starting to seem routine. WETA President and CEO Sharon Percy Rockefeller said of the event, “It is fitting that two of America’s finest journalists will guide this candidates’ debate, which will take place just days after the Iowa Caucuses and New Hampshire Primary…”

Democratic Party leaders say Milwaukee was chosen to host the presidential debate because of the state’s battleground status in the Midwest.

As Democrats hope they’ll be able to continue their momentum in Wisconsin and win the White House in April, Republicans are trying to do something that hasn’t been done since 1984 – win Wisconsin.

Beating makeshift drums, carrying signs and braving subzero wind chill values, the noisy but well-behaved demonstrators called on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Vermont Sen.

The event will be broadcast live on PBS, as well as stream live on NewsHour’s website.

At Thursday’s Democratic debate at the University of Milwaukee-Wisconsin, Hillary Clinton dropped a history lesson: There were one, two, three women onstage at the debate: Hillary Clinton, and the two moderators, co-anchors Gwen Ifill and Judy Woodruff.
