Here’s What Apple Has Fixed in the iOS 9.0.1 Update
After iOS 9’s launch last week, some users reported that their iPhones and iPads remained unresponsive on the “Slide to Upgrade” screen. TestFlight, the beta app distribution service that Apple purchased in 2014, will continue to distribute software tailored for specific devices, but regular users will need to wait for that iOS update before they begin to see the feature’s benefits.

iOS 9 is already rolled out and all devices is line-up for OS updates.
Apple has shipped its first update, iOS 9.0.1., to fix a number of bugs including this issue. There are cosmetic things-iOS 9 uses a new system font (San Francisco ) that carries over from Apple Watch, Siri’s waveform animation is more colorful, and the keyboard now shows lowercase letters (more on that to follow). The 9.0.1 version contains the fix for the said issue. You can plan a route easily, letting Maps tell you exactly which trains you should take to reach your destination.
Apple informed users who found themselves struggling with the bug of a workaround, which required them to perform a force restart and then restore their device from a backup on iTunes, though many still encountered the same issue after doing so. With the new update, the company aims to expand the functional capabilities of the device, allowing it to act as a standalone device to some extent. “iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.1, still broken”. The full watchOS 2 update will introduce a much wider range of improvements and changes, including new watch faces and new communications capabilities in the device’s Mail, Friends and Digital Touch apps.

According to Computer World, One of these being an apparent freezing or unresponsiveness found when trying to “slide to upgrade” which is a required function during an iOS update. However, if you find this new keyboard style to be something out of your league, there is an option of going back to the old all-cap keyboard.
