Here’s what’s new in Windows 10 Mobile Build 10166 – WMPoweruser
Microsoft is hard at work to get Windows 10 ready for the big launch on July 29, and the company has recently released build 10166 for insiders enrolled in the fast ring, but there’s something that’s even more exciting if you know where to look.

The day after rolling out a Windows 10 preview build 10166 for PCs, Microsoft is rolling out the complementary version for Windows Phones. We also fixed the issue where the post-upgrade migration status screen was missing, which made the Lock screen appear frozen without the date and time for up to 10 minutes.
TPM issue which prevented your phone from being unlocked after you enter your PIN has been fixed. There are other UI tweaks, such as colors in apps now appearing correctly.
App downloads are now more reliable.

Those living in the Northwestern United States city are able to buy paid-for Wi-Fi through the Windows Store using the Microsoft Wi-Fi app. When the service is available, “Buy Wi-Fi from Windows Store” will show up in the list of networks and by clicking on it you can pay by Credit or Debit Card, Microsoft Gift Card or PayPal. Updated and improved apps are available in the new Store along with today’s build, as well.
