Herman Cain to Jeb Bush: ‘At least I was once winning’

In the last three months of New Hampshire polling, Jeb has broken out of single digits just twice, and has never come close to challenging frontrunner Donald Trump.

Jeb Bush has suffered low poll numbers nationwide in recent weeks.
