Hewlett-Packard revenue falls in last report before split
After surveying 13 different analysts, we established an average estimate of $ 0.85 earnings per share (EPS) for NYSE:HPQ.

Hewlett-Packard’s revenue fell 9.5% to $25.71bn in the fourth-quarter. After trading began at $13.84 the stock was seen hitting $14.09 as a peak level and $13.81 as the lowest level.
“It was a pretty tough market dynamic”, said HP Inc. Hewlett-Packard Company has a 52 week low of $11.04 and a 52 week high of $18.67. During the same quarter in the prior year, the business earned $1.06 EPS.
For HP Enterprise, analysts had been modeling $13.453 billion in revenue and 51 cents EPS. As the business accounts for approximately 50% of the company’s revenues, the reduction in business volume in this segment might hurt results in the to-be-reported quarter.
Shares of Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) traded up 0.49% during midday trading on Monday, reaching $14.30. Beginning in the first quarter of fiscal 2016, Hewlett Packard Enterprise will begin reporting detailed quarterly financial results. Stockholders of record on Wednesday, December 9th will be given a dividend of $0.124 per share.
On the ratings front, HP has been the subject of a number of recent research reports. Deutsche Bank reaffirmed a buy rating and set a $40.00 target price (down previously from $45.00) on shares of Hewlett-Packard Company in a research note on Sunday, October 18th.
Dan Ives, an analyst at FBR Capital Markets, said he is also looking for insight into whether Hewlett Packard Enterprise is working its way toward acquisitions. HPQ, +1.21% and newly spun-off Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. The stock’s average target of $24.07 is 69.15% above today’s ($14.23) share price. They issued an “equal weight” rating for the company.
According to Molly Henningsen, research analyst for CNBC’s “Mad Money”, this year “has been a very very volatile year for Tiffany”.
The stock price of Hewlett-Packard dived 61.57% over the last 200 days, and is in strong down trend. The shares were sold at an average price of $26.34, for a total transaction of $5,880,826.44. Historically, the volatility of this stock is about 2.27% a week and 3.28% a month, but keep in mind volatility keeps on changing. The results are the last for Hewlett-Packard Co, the tech pioneer that split into two separate companies this month, before HP Inc and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co start to report separately. The Company’s offerings include personal computing and other access devices; multi-vendor customer services, including infrastructure technology and business process outsourcing, technology support and maintenance, application development and support services and consulting and integration services, and imaging and printing-related products and services.
