A person who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss internal matters said earlier that Clinton was holding meetings Friday about her running mate selection. Asked after the meeting how his time with Clinton was, the governor declined to comment.

No matter what, it’s likely Clinton will be choosing a VP sooner rather than later. Kaine has been rumored to be one of Clinton’s possible vice president choices. “That’s the most important qualification”.
