When asked how he can be so trusting, he replies that when people see something left unattended next to a sign, they assume they’re being watched, thus ensuring “honesty through paranoia”. They figured a group of kids would take all of the candy at one point during the night, but everyone was really considerate, until this mother came along. Then, a woman arrives at the residence and takes the remainder of the candy. She waits until the other kids have left before grabbing all the remaining candy and heading off. Provided that it’s not a Jimmy Kimmel prank meant to go viral and see how the American public reacts to it, this mom gets what the video quips is the “World’s Best Mother” certificate.
