Prom has never looked so good.

India Ross, 18, proved who runs the world (or at least the halls at her St. Louis high school) when she showed up to her senior prom last weekend wearing a sparkly dress inspired by Queen Bey herself.

With the help of local designer Toi Hall, the pair spent months creating the special look – costing a healthy €700 of course – for the teen’s prom.

India Ross, a teenager from Missouri, headed to her senior high school prom in an exact DIY replica of Bey’s 2015 Met Gala dress and it’s seriously awesome!

Ross knew she had to recreate the singer’s beaded Givenchy gown the second she laid eyes on it, explaining it was love at first sight.

Mesh material with over 2,000 hand-placed crystals was used to create my dress.

“Just a recap of this weekend: It went down, it was insane”, Ross said in an Instagram video.

In an Instagram caption, Ross fired back and defended her DIY gown: “Let’s make this clear I do not think I’m Beyoncé but she’s my inspiration”.

“This has been a true blessing”, she said to Us Weekly. “Thank you everyone, I appreciate it”. Ross said. “I wish I could meet you”. In the fast-paced controversial song, Formation, ‘Yoncé rap-sings “I’m so reckless when I rock my Givenchy dress”.

And because people on the Internet suck, Ross has received criticism for her copying of Beyonce.
