A 51-year-old Goose Creek High School teacher has been arrested after having a sexual relationship with a teenage student, according to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office.

A 19-year-old man who grew up in Hendersonville and graduated from Hendersonville High School, was shot to death at a party early Sunday at Goose Creek, S.C., authorities said. Blair is being held at the Berkeley County jail and is expected to have a bond hearing Tuesday morning. School and district officials have followed all procedures as outlined by district policy, taking immediate action upon learning of the allegations.
