She was expected to rest Tuesday as well.

Coming only 58 days before the presidential election and during a week in which Donald Trump surged in many polls to run neck and neck with Mrs Clinton, it was the starting gun to 24 hours that could have sunk her presidential bid and may yet inflict untold damage.

While her doctor said that she is recovering nicely, she nor the campaign have explained what caused the pneumonia, prompting more questions than answers as to the exact state of her health, as well as demands for a broad release of her medical records. Proft, a Trump supporter, said Sunday’s incident does raise legitimate questions about Clinton’s fitness for the job.

“I think the challenge for the Clinton campaign has been that she never quite seems to benefit from those assumptions of reasonableness”, Piscopo said.

The 68-year-old fell sick at a 9/11 memorial event in NY on Sunday and a video showed her being helped into a van.

“I’m feeling great, it’s a handsome day in NY”, she said. Several hours later, her doctor acknowledged she had been diagnosed with pneumonia two days earlier. Fox News has learned Trump plans to release those details during his appearance Thursday on “The Dr. Oz Show”.

The Democratic presidential candidate said in an interview on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360” that she felt dizzy and “did lose my balance”, while waiting for the motorcade. “So something is going on, but I just hope she gets well and gets back on the trail, and we’ll be seeing her at the debate”.

But he admitted: “I think in retrospect we could have handled it better in terms of providing more information more quickly in the 90 minutes we were putting a priority on making sure she was okay”. “They’re arguing about who is more healthy, and they’re not arguing about how health care should be delivered to millions of Americans without health-care coverage”. “If it was up to her she would be traveling to California today”, said Clinton press secretary Brian Fallon on MSNBC’s ” Andrea Mitchell Reports”. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton attended a ceremony in Manhattan but was forced to exit early after becoming?overheated? and was diagnosed with pneumonia. She waved to reporters and said, “I’m feeling great”. Plus, isn’t Clinton’s decision to continue campaigning while ill a sign of strength in the face of adversity?

“You can not run for president if you have such contempt in your heart for the American voter”, he said at a rally in Asheville, North Carolina. “But she made a determination with her doctor that she would power through this, she didn’t want it to effect anything and obviously on Sunday, when she got overheated, it was clear that she needed some downtime”. But Piscopo said there wasn’t a good option either way.
