He’s acknowledged that Clinton, a former secretary of state, has more experience on foreign policy matters, but he has held up her vote for the 2003 invasion of Iraq as a significant error in judgment.

“We wanted this to be a statement of what a Hillary Clinton would be as a president”, Lee said.
Gov. O’Malley has been polling poorly in New Hampshire so far this primary and it didn’t change in January, only getting the support of 1 percent polled.
“Her campaign wanted to have a special place for families”, said Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee.
“Today the inevitable candidate doesn’t look quite so inevitable”, Sanders told voters Tuesday.
SCARBOROUGH: The Vermont senators viewed favorably by 91 percent of New Hampshire Democrat polled, while Clinton is viewed favorably by 65 percent.
Clinton pounced on Sanders’ “Medicare-for-all” plan that was announced just hours before the debate and came in response to Clinton’s criticism of his previous record on healthcare over his career as a senator. “However, he would still have to overcome Clinton’s demographic advantage in the ensuing contests”, said Patrick Murray, director of the Monmouth poll. “It’s called democracy. But I’m not into personal attacks and mean-spirited attacks”, he said.
Presenting herself as his heir apparent, Clinton warned that Sanders’ universal health care plan threatened to reopen a contentious debate with Republicans that could undermine the so-called “Obamacare” law.
Clinton claimed Sanders has been flip-flopping on the issue of gun manufacturer liability, sometimes supporting pro-gun legislation and sometimes supporting gun control initiatives. Most Democratic voters, for example, think Bernie Sanders would do a better job addressing income equality (48 percent to 26 percent) and Wall Street greed (46 percent to 29 percent). The former secretary of state evoked the president several times during the debate, arguing in essence, that she was the rightful heir of his presidency or at least the most qualified to defend and build upon the work that he has done.
Clinton still beats Sanders 52%-37% overall among Democrats, though Sanders’ gains have cut into her lead, Monmouth found. And she has considerable support among important primary voting blocs.
“I would build on the good things, but you know, it is no secret”.

Mr Sanders said he had voted for the immunity legislation to protect a “small mom-and-pop gun shop who sells a gun legally to someone”.
