Hillary Clinton Lays Out Economy Plan
Mitchell said he would respect voters’ wishes and support Trump last May, according to the Detroit Free Press.

She hammered Trump for designing a tax plan that she said would benefit his own family, and said that Trump’s trade plan, which calls for discarding trade agreements and raising tariffs.
In comparison, Clinton would hike the estate tax by 45 percent and reduce the exemption to $3.5 million.
A source close to Clinton says she will be releasing her 2015 tax returns in the coming days (all of her tax returns dating back to the 1970s have been released to the public) and her running mate Tim Kaine will be releasing ten years of his family’s tax returns as well. She also said she would simplify tax filing for small businesses.
Let’s begin with the fact that Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is one of the most experienced and best prepared candidates to be U.S. president – ever. “Instead, they’re winning gold medals”.
Nafta “is taking work away from the American people”, said Bryan Johnson, 48, of Fraser, Michigan, a tool builder who has worked at the plant for 26 years.
“I don’t think anyone in the auditorium even recognized there was controversy until Hillary Clinton tweets came out and made it into a controversy”, McCrory said on the radio show.
The stark differences in the two speeches was the two candidates’ views of the USA economy.
Clinton is expected to address supporters at 1:15 p.m.
Her appearance follows a Trump speech on the economy, also in MI, on Monday.
“Trump may talk a big game on trade, but his approach is based on fear, not strength”, Clinton said to cheers.
He said interest rates are low now and will eventually go up, making it too expensive to borrow.
Trump said Clinton has failed on the economy for years, pointing to her unfulfilled Senate promise to upstate NY to create 200,000 jobs. He avoided some of the gaffes that sent his poll numbers into a free fall the week before, but the so-called campaign reset lasted only about a day. He then said there was no way people would be able to stop a President Clinton from stacking the Supreme Court with anti-gun justices, before adding, “Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is – I don’t know”. She reaffirmed her opposition to the Trans-Pacific Partnership, saying that it’s not just a campaign ploy but a stance she’ll maintain in the White House. Just 8 years ago, we had all witnessed the first-time election of Barack Obama as the first African-American president; surely she should want to experience history again by electing our first woman president right? “He is the founder of ISIS”, Trump said. But given the opportunity Thursday morning by Hewitt and others to take back the claim that Obama founded the terror group, Trump did the opposite.
Now the Clinton and Sanders camps are working together to build a more just and equitable American society, with plans for much-needed investments in infrastructure, for a reasonable minimum wage, for affordable higher education, for overturning the Citizens United ruling, which allows money to determine politics, and for an expansion of the affordable health care that all of us in Israel take for granted. Trump’s brash techniques appealed to a segment of Republican voters who were drawn to his harshness and name-calling and who labeled this form of communication as being plain spoken or speaking one’s mind. While several lead advisors hope to sway those few wavering democratic votes for November those opting to support third party candidates are not enough to put a huge dent in Hillary Clinton’s lead. Trump, though, is less popular with a favorability rating of 33.3 percent.
