Trump announced the decision in a post on his Twitter feed and said he would plan to meet Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “at a later date after I become president of the U.S”.

Throughout the week, Clinton, who once attended Trump’s wedding because she said she thought it would be “entertaining”, has assailed Trump for his proposal.
In spite of Trump’s lead, his opponents say they’re not concerned.
While the comments received widespread criticism, Daily Mail journalist and former Apprentice contestant Hopkins appeared on Fox News to back Trump’s remarks.
The CBS poll also found that most Americans were opposed to the idea of a national database that would collect and catalogue the names of all Muslims living in the USA: 46 percent were opposed, while 44 percent were in favor.
