Hillary Clinton Responds to Donald Trump’s Message to African American Voters

Responding to Trump’s immigration plan to step up deportation, the Clinton campaign said his extreme right-wing agenda “is fueling a risky movement of hatred across the country”. Then Trump denied he was alt-right. Hillary Clinton delivered a speech about republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s policies.
Trump, who also met Thursday in NY with members of a new Republican Party initiative meant to train young – and largely minority – volunteers, has been working to win over blacks and Latinos in light of his past inflammatory comments.

On Friday, Clinton told “Morning Joe” she “absolutely” is reaching out to “everyone” who is as troubled as she is by the “bigotry and divisiveness of Trump’s campaign”.
In a speech at Reno in Nevada, the US Democratic presidential candidate blasted her conservative rival as a divisive figure stoking racist groups.

Trump has in the past described Mexicans as rapists and drug dealers, and vowed to round up illegal immigrants and build a wall on the southern border – for which he would make Mexico pay.
Trump has polled poorly with minorities but lately has tried to broaden his appeal to them, hinting at a softening of his hard-line position on immigration.
Meanwhile, Trump continues to send mixed signals on immigration.
“Everything Trump promises comes with an expiration date”, Cruz’ Senate communications director said.

This week, he said the USA should “work with them”, suggesting some undocumented immigrants could stay if they paid taxes. “@CNN, she forgot how she said a KKK member was her mentor”, Trump tweeted Saturday.
