“Trump supporters also are more likely than Clinton supporters to say that crime (52 percent vs. 42 percent) and the availability of good-paying jobs (48 percent vs. 33 percent) are very big problems”, the poll found.

“By taking gender head-on, Trump refuses to cede women voters and so-called women’s issues to Hillary just because she is a woman”, she told the paper. Her mention of “Swiftboating” was referring to widely debunked efforts in 2004 to challenge Democratic nominee John Kerry’s war record. “I want to take it seriously”, Clinton said. “If you’re trying to prove you’re the manliest, then you’re trying to emasculate your opponent”.

“There’s enough evidence now that when Trump talks the way he talks it actually helps the terrorists”, Clinton said. Giuliani’s frenetic manner and his ease with tabloid NY politics make him a natural match for the celebrity businessman.
