Hillary Clinton says Donald Trump’s ‘Russia praise’ raises ‘national security issues’

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has sparked new controversy by suggesting that the U.S. should accept Russia’s annexation of Crimea if it leads to better relations with Moscow and stronger co-operation in fighting Islamic State militants.

One report on Paul Manafort’s denial of Russian interference in his interview with Meet The Press, according to Inquisitr, not only addresses the connection but it also suggests that without being consistent or even having a platform at all, Donald Trump seems to suddenly know what to do about the relationship between Russia and the Ukraine thanks to Paul Manafort.

“He [President Putin] is not going into Ukraine, OK, just so you understand”. Look at Ukraine. He talks about Ukraine, right? “You can mark it down”, Trump said.

Trump, the Republican party nominee, in an interview with ABC News, presented a confusing picture of events in Ukraine. “You can put it down”, Trump said.

DONALD Trump mistakenly said Russian Federation has not rolled into Ukraine – while at the same time offering potential recognition of Moscow’s authority over Crimea.

As with so many things, the question for Donald Trump is: Was he lying then or lying now?

“And for Trump to both encourage that and to praise Putin despite what appears to be a deliberate effort to try to affect the election, I think, raises national security issues”.

US Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said on Sunday that the US was certain Russian Federation was behind the recent hacking of Democratic National Committee emails.

“Russia, if you’re listening”, Trump said at the time, “I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing”.

Having not seen any good done by the existing set of experts in the current global situation, Trump said he won’t take advice from anyone.

STEPHANOPOULOS: Well, he’s already there, isn’t he? The Obama administration has not yet publicly declared who it believes is responsible. “And frankly that part of the world is mess, under Obama”.

This runs counter to the position of the Obama administration and the European Union, which have imposed punishing sanctions on Russian Federation in response to the annexation.

Asked by Burnett if that means he’ll support Hillary Clinton, Hayden said: “I have not made that decision and I don’t know if I will”.

Seeing a potential partner in Russia in wiping out the Islamic State terror group, Trump said, “If we actually had a relationship with Russia, instead of all the fighting and the problems, we could get Russia and others to partner up against ISIS”.

In all fairness, Trump has previously discussed Russia’s invasion of the Crimea on numerous occasions – while praising Putin’s skills, a longstanding pattern of flattery for the former KGB agent and Russian leader.

“Today, (Trump) gamely repeated Putin’s argument that Russian Federation was justified in seizing the sovereign territory of another country by force”. “This is scary stuff. And having a good relationship with Russian Federation is a good thing, not a bad thing”.

And personally, I watched him. I’ve been nice but after that performance last night, I don’t have to be so nice anymore. “I don’t think I’ve ever met him”. I wish him the best of luck, George.
