She later tweeted that she was feeling better and “just anxious to get back out there”.
If confronted by reporters about Clinton’s health, Trump plans to say that he hopes she gets well and may raise questions about the campaign’s transparency Sunday, they added.
But he also said Clinton’s health issues were of longer standing than admitted, and promised to release “very, very specific numbers” from a medical exam he took last week.
“Secretary Clinton has been experiencing a cough related to allergies”, Dr. Lisa R. Bardack said in a statement.
The Democratic presidential candidate abruptly left Sunday’s event after feeling “overheated”.
Leaving a 9/11 service Sunday, Clinton stumbled and was helped into a van. The news came to light after Clinton almost fainted during a ceremony honoring 9/11 victims, and had to leave the event early.
Vice President Joseph R. Biden said Monday that Mrs. Clinton’s health is “good”.
“I should have gotten some rest sooner”.
“It’s really past time for him to be held to the same standards, not just as me, but as anybody else who has sought this job”, she said.
Clinton said her doctor told her to rest for five days, but she “didn’t follow that very wise advice”.

Trump, who is behind Clinton in the voter surveys but has narrowed her lead, wants to win the votes of the rural middle class who have lost ground economically due to globalization and industrial reconversion.
The Democratic nominee also added that New York Sen. I have a hard time keeping up with her.
About 90 minutes after the episode, Clinton emerged and waved to onlookers. That was a mistake, Fallon said. “It is just the kind of thing that if it happens to you and you are a busy, active person, you keep moving forward”, Clinton, 68, told CNN in an interview last night.
Clinton is at home resting under doctor’s orders.
“What happened yesterday was that I just was incredibly committed to being at the memorial-as a senator on 9/11 this is incredibly personal to me”, she said. “She didn’t”, said Maviglio.
