Hillary Clinton, Tim Kaine release new medical information

The Clinton campaign released a two-page letter from Clinton’s doctor Wednesday detailing her recent illness.

“The remainder of her complete physical exam was normal and she is in excellent mental condition”, the letter continued.

The candidate’s physician, Dr. Lisa Bardack, released a statement via the campaign and said she had pneumonia.

On Sunday, Bardack revealed Clinton was diagnosed last Friday with pneumonia – which the doctor said partly explained her early exit from the 9/11 commemoration ceremony in New York City.

In a letter posted on the Clinton campaign website, Mrs Clinton’s doctor said that she was healthy and had suffered an ear and sinus infection earlier in the year, in addition to her current bout of pneumonia.

But on Thursday Mrs Clinton walked on to the stage of a rally in Greensboro, North Carolina, to the sound of James Brown’s “I Feel Good”.

The Clinton campaign on Wednesday also released medical information for vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine.

Clinton is also facing criticism over the delayed release of her pneumonia diagnosis over the weekend. Just 29 percent said Mrs. Clinton has given accurate information about the subject, compared with 38 percent for Mr. Trump.

The incident also came after footage of Clinton coughing on the campaign trail fed into already existing conspiracy theories regarding her health.

Ever since presidential candidate Hillary Clinton left a 9/11 memorial event early Sunday, and footage of her appearing to stumble or even almost collapse as she entered a van hit the press, her health has dominated the political landscape. She takes medication for an underactive thyroid and a blood thinner following a 2012 blood clot in her head while secretary of state.

There is no shame in getting ill, even when you are running for president of the United States. He reportedly showed Oz a new letter from his doctor, Harold Bornstein, whose first over-the-top description of Trump’s health was widely mocked. The 70-year-old has blood pressure of 116 over 70, and his total cholesterol is 169, his doctor says.

US Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and Democratic rival Hillary Clinton are tied among likely voters in a four-way race for the White House, a new poll shows.

The show does not air until a later date, and the campaign declined to immediately disclose the results.

Perhaps capitalizing on this weak spot in Clinton’s rep and seeking to remedy the fact that the public actually doesn’t know much about his medical history, Trump participated in a taping of The Dr. Oz Show Wednesday.

The letter from Clinton’s doctor made no mention of her weight, a key part of any medical exam, nor did a similar letter released past year.
