In Virginia, Clinton leads Trump, 44% to 35%. There were more white evangelicals who said they would vote for Trump mainly due to their opposition against Clinton (45 percent) than those who said they would vote for Trump because they support him as a candidate (30 percent).
The poll was also ongoing on July 5 when FBI Director James Comey issued his statement that the FBI is not recommending that Hillary Clinton be charged with any crime for storing and disseminating classified information from her private email server.
A total of 955 OH voters surveyed were evenly split, 41 percent-41percent, between Republican and Democrat, compared to a 40 percent-40 percent split last month.
The poll found that only 31 percent of Missouri voters approve of the job he’s doing to 42 percent who disapprove. “Clinton’s single-digit lead in each of these states is due to her slight advantage in how voters perceive the two candidates”, Miringoff adds.

Mike Pence as his running mate with a tweet on Friday, Clinton’s campaign sprang into action, while Trump’s team missed several opportunities to capitalize on its own news and be the first to frame the narrative around the new partnership.
Though Clinton’s popularity ratings are low, Donald Trump is even less likable among American voters.
“These actions are not consistent with our values”, said Clinton.
When the presidential contest expands to four candidates – including Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson and the Green Party’s Jill Stein – the Clinton-vs.-Trump horserace remains essentially unchanged.
During the week, Clinton’s campaign and state Democratic coordinated campaigns will hold more than 500 registration or “commit to vote” events across the nation.
