Hillary Clinton to guest on Colbert’s ‘Late Show’ on Tuesday
But early in the interview she revealed her favorite TV shows and – surprise, surprise – they’re all very political.

“It was mutual”, Clinton laughed. Armed with a long list of important issues to tackle should she be named Chief Executive, Clinton’s persistence and tenacity as a candidate have proven her a worthy opponent in the polls.
“I’m not running for my husband’s third term”, Clinton said. I am not running for President Obama’s third term. I’m running for my first term. Colbert asked. “I want to build on the progress we’ve made”. Basically, Netflix and chill: “I just sort of hung around”. “And if they’re too big to fail, and under my plan, and under others that have been proposed, then they may have to be broken up”.
In a more serious moment, Colbert asked Clinton about her plan to rein in Wall Street abuses and whether she would, as president, let the big banks fail.
Colbert is the latest stop on the Dem presidential hopeful’s charm offensive.
A super PAC has chose to help Hillary Clinton connect with average voters by embarking on a million dollar project to display a personal touch rarely seen on the campaign trail.
Most of Clinton’s interview, which will air Tuesday night, was light-hearted.
“Did you do anything special, like have a celebration for 11 hours?” the host asked, a reference to last weeks marathon hearing by the House Select Committee on Benghazi. Among her bad television tastes: House of Cards, The Good Wife, and Madame Secretary.
The former secretary of state qualified her answer, saying that mandates included in the 2010 Dodd-Frank financial-reform package would safeguard against a situation like the 2008 collapse.

She also refused to name whether she would rather run against Ben Carson or Donald Trump, the two Republican candidates leading the polls.
