A Washington Post poll released Tuesday finds that Virginia, once seen as a closely divided toss-up state, is shaping up to be solidly blue territory this year – a development that could all but close off Republican nominee Donald Trump’s path to the presidency.

According to Public Policy Poll, a new Texas poll finds a relatively tight race, at least on the curve of recent presidential election results.
“Just as we won the Cold War”, Trump said, “in part, by exposing the evils of communism and the virtues of free markets, so too must we take on the ideology of radical Islam”.

The number of likely voters who picked neither Clinton nor Trump in the poll was almost 24 per cent. Taking a deeper look at the demographics of military households allows us to better determine who Trump’s supporters among that group are. “The time is overdue to develop a new screening test for the threats we face today”, Trump said on Monday afternoon in a national security-focused speech at Youngstown State University in Ohio. “Democratic crime policies, education policies and economic policies have produced only more crime, more broken homes and more poverty”.
“That doesn’t mean I’m going to support a criminal because they’re a Democrat”, said Cuomo, who said he was not referring to anyone in particular.
Trump told a reporter for a TV station in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, that he didn’t want to “pivot”, to change his campaign style.
“Trump is such a unique candidate”, Wasserman said of the billionaire, who has feuded with the media and political adversaries from both parties.
And it is also rich for Trump, someone who has made political hay out of insulting Mexicans, Muslims, African-Americans and women, to close his speech by invoking an appeal to work against bigotry and oppression.

Clinton’s lead is helped by her support from Hispanic, black and Asian voters – 69% of minority likely voters supported the Democratic nominee, compared with just 19% who supported Trump.
