What debuted at the NYIAS was the coupe so what we saw was the sedan and from the looks of things, it translates quite well into four door form.
The Honda Civic Tourer Active Life concept is to be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show next week – an auto designed with cyclists in mind.
That’s not all, though, as Honda wanted to turn their Civic Tourer into a mobile bike workshop.
The pictures of the auto were snapped by a member of the CivicX forums, which was parked somewhere around Michigan, US.
Earlier spy photos also revealed that the 2016 Honda Civic sedan will have a revised dashboard that abolishes the unusual split-level design of today’s Civic.
Taillights extend from the rear quarter panel into a truncated trunk lid.
There are changes made to the Honda Civic not just on the exterior part, but also on the interiors. Its designs, according to Forbes, is a fusion of current Civic, Honda’s upscale Acura line, with hints of Nissan’s Maxima at the rear haunches. The seats are really comfortable and flawless for long distance travel.
Whether this was truly accidental or more of an “accidental” preview courtesy of some conveniently careless product testers, we’ll take it. CivicX.com shared this set of photos with the world, and we’re sharing them with you here. It’s called the Civic Tourer Active Life.
