Hospital expects 14 leap year babies
February 29 only comes around once every few years, so babies born Monday may face difficulty celebrating their birthdays in the future.

This year, marks another Leap Year, which makes today, the 29 February, Leap Day.
But how do the parents plan on celebrating Annabella’s unique birthday?
