Hospital staff work together to ensure elderly couple have time together
THIS PHOTO OF a lovely couple is going viral because of a wonderful gesture of a hospital worker.

“Fayetteville residents Tom and Arnisteen Clark have been married for 68 years”. “He was able to sit there with her for a few hours every single day”.
It shows Tom Clark, 96, and his wife, Arnisteen, 92. Despite their individual complications, being apart is what they couldn’t suffer.
Earlier this month, the sweethearts checked in to Piedmont Fayette Hospital and were put in separate rooms on the orthopedic floor.
Being apart wasn’t easy for the couple, so Tina Mann, the director of the floor where the two are staying, knew just what to do. When the two got back together, Tom burst into tears when telling the nurses how much he loves his wife.
Both Tom and Arnisteen are still in the hospital – it’s unclear what they have been hospitalized for – but the staff has made arrangements for him to visit her as often as possible.
“She’s the finest woman in the world”, Tom told the hospital staff.

Doctors and nurses said they expect both to make a full recovery soon, so they can continue to enjoy many more years together. The staff at Piedmont Hospital made a switch so that the couple would be reunited and set up two hospital beds beside each other in the same room, so that husband and wife can see one another all the time.
