Houston Company Gives Every Employee $100000 Christmas Bonus
How would you like a $100,000 bonus this holiday season? Everyone, no matter their position or salary, received $100,000 bonuses for Christmas.

That’s right. Every one of the 1,381 employees is receiving a $100,000 – a grand total of $138,100,000. The company was named to Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Millennials list and and one of the top companies to work for list by the same publication.
Although the gesture is momentous, it wasn’t totally out of the blue-according to Fortune, Hilcorp announced the bonus after the company met a five-year-long sales goal. “Somedays I just kind of look down the hall and say I cant believe these are my bosses and they’re the best”.
Hilcorp is “one the largest privately held oil and natural gas exploration and production companies in the United States”, according to KTVU, received the large sum as a thank you for a job well done. In 2010, the company’s executives gave employees the choice of a $50,000 auto or a $35,000 check for doubling the size of the company in five years.
“Surreal. It was a surreal day; it was a dream come true”. But what Hilcorp is providing for its employees appears to be rare.

It’s not the first time Hilcorp’s billionaire CEO and founder Jeffery Hildebrand has rewarded his employees in a big way.
