How (and When) Arya Kills Cersei: Our Game of Thrones Theory
Each week throughout Game of Thrones’ sixth season, a handful of Vox’s writers have gathered to discuss the latest episode – and now we’re doing the same with the finale. Thankfully, a diehard Game of Thrones fan has a sound theory about that. New things were learned, theories were confirmed and discredited, and the battles were beyond what we thought possible for a television show. There are more pressing concerns at the moment, including what happens when others discover Jon’s secret.

It has only been a week since the Game of Thrones Season 6 finale aired, and we’re already wondering how it is we’re going to fill the gaping Sunday night hole now that we don’t have any more episodes to watch. Daenerys is now single and ready to mingle storm Westeros. And there’s no reason the “Three Heads of the Dragon” idea couldn’t still work either, perhaps with Jaime taking the role after murdering Cersei for her crimes (which is something else fans have been predicting). We think Season 7 will be litmus test for Daenerys, which will tell us if she is fit to rule or sit on the Iron Throne or not. [Image via HBO]According to iDigital Times, Daenerys’ path to the Iron Throne is easier than ever. Will these two characters with a common Targaryen bloodline unite in marriage or face each other in the great battle that’s coming?
However, back in Winterfell, the united houses declared Jon King of the North, everyone stood in celebration, except for Sansa and Littlefinger who exchanged a look which seemed to foreshadow conflict in the seasons to come. We will probably wait until April 2017. No, we’re not talking about the malevolent wine-drinker, Cersei Lannister, or even the fireproof Mother of Dragons, Daenerys Targaryen.
We now know that Jon and Robb were actually cousins, but they were raised as brothers, and this video compares their respective rises to the position of King in the North. The musical score, “What Are You Going To Do When You’re Not Saving The World”, by Hans Zimmer, gives this video an emotional charge.
Based on George R.R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” novels, the show has been distinguished by steadily rising audience figures. Let’s see who wins or dies in Season 7. So does she get to be the one who will kill Cersie?
One of the biggest television shows in the history of the square box did not fail to deliver in the two concluding episodes of season six of Game of Thrones. Surely it would make more sense for his older children to be Aerys’ offspring if the King had some kind of dalliance with Joanna while she and Tywin were newly married, rather than Aerys siring Tyrion later on?

Although they are related – Daenerys is Jon’s aunt – marrying family members is not a big deal in Game of Thrones.
