The Deadpool actor recently took to Facebook to lend his support to the teen, who is now being treated for an advanced form of leukemia in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The “merc with a mouth” will have you leaving the theater dying of laughter, and favoring a new “hero”.

While these two are obviously joking about the more ridiculous aspects of their previous job together, it’s nice to see both of them acknowledge that parts of the movie that were a total bust. In Taiwan “Deadpool” brought in $1.4 million, which is the biggest opening for a Fox movie in the country. Probably not, but given the success of the Deadpool movie we have to think that at one point they will try to get Reynolds on board for a hosting gig.
“I think there are some stories that could be R-rated”. I mean come on, Reynolds was referenced in a comic all the way back in 2002.
Happy with the compliment, the Wolverine actor said: “Thank you, coming from Sexiest Man Alive 20… 12?” His snarky, witty, and sarcastic comments will have you loving him even if you’ve never heard of him. Well, there’s already a Rated R Spawn reboot in the works, which if you’ve seen the original, you’re aware of how great this character is.
Now it seems Fox wants to capture lightning in a bottle and slap an R rating on all of its properties.
But the superhero is set to have a male love interest in the sequel, claims the film’s star Ryan Reynolds.
However it was said that an R-rating would prevent teenagers and children from watching the film. It will open on a four day weekend, including Valentine’s Day and Presidents Day. A petition to make this a reality has been made, and it’s now approaching 40,000 signatures.

Conventional wisdom has always been that comic book movies need to be rated PG-13 in order to be financially successful, but over the past few years it has become clear that this is not necessarily the case.
