The official Division Twitter account says Ubisoft is aware of the problem and it has now been fixed on PC, and that players should restart the game. The update was previously slated to release on the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One at the same time, however, due to some optimizing issue the PlayStation 4 update has been postponed until further notice.

Ubisoft have given no detail on the delay or when PS4 players can expect to get the patch.

If you’re on PC, you’re simply advised to restart the Uplay client if you can’t find Underground.

For Season Pass holder who can’t access Underground DLC can also try this fix: “Close your game, Open uPlay, Launch your game through uPlay”. If “Underground” shows up there as “offline”, players must complete the Secure Quarantine Center side mission to get it “online”.

If being unable to play the Underground expansion wasn’t frustrating enough, Ubisoft is also reporting a number of connectivity issues that lead to Delta errors and extended waiting queues have started popping up.
