The disconnection problems also appear to have affected some U.S. users with MetroPCS, T-Mobile’s pre-paid cellular brand, as well as some Australian users with Telstra. If so, does this new update fix the problems? Some buyers in the USA and United Kingdom are being told they might not see delivery for several weeks.

T-Mobile US (TMUS) took the unusual step Thursday of warning its iPhone 6 customers not to download Apple’s latest operating system, iOS 10, saying on Twitter id had been getting reports of connectivity issues.

Unlike with past iPhone releases, Apple has said it will not be announcing first-weekend sales figures for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. It’s also a black mark for Apple despite its highly successful iPhone 7 launch.

After just three days of release the new software is running on an incredible 22.31 percent of compatible iOS devices out there. It’s good to see Apple and T-Mobile were able to roll out a fix to this issue well before their 24-48 hour estimate and save their customers some headaches.
