Derek Mason finally got his first career SEC win, and he did so with a defense that completely smothered the Missouri offense.
The running game for Ole Miss made great strides the last two weeks and made a big statement with 156 yards and one score on the ground. The breakdowns come at every level: The Tigers are 12 in the SEC in rushing defense (199.9 yards per game) and 11 in passing defense (230.7 yards per game).
